Turning on JavaScript in your Browser
In order to use WhenToHelp, you must enable JavaScript on your browser. Sometimes a browser update can cause JavaScript to be turned off.
On an iPhone- Go to the Home screen by pressing the Home button or by unlocking your phone.
- Press the Settings button.
- Select Safari from the Settings menu.
- Turn on JavaScript by touching the JavaScript toggle.
- Press the Home button to return the the iPhone home screen.
- Select the Safari icon to return to Safari.
On a Blackberry- In the browser, press the Menu key.
- Click Options.
- Click Browser Configuration.
- Select the Support JavaScript check box.
- Press the Menu key.
- Click Save Options.
Internet Explorer (6.0)- Select 'Tools' from the top menu
- Choose 'Internet Options'
- Click on the 'Security' tab
- Click on 'Custom Level'
- Scroll down until you see section labeled 'Scripting'
- Under 'Active Scripting', select 'Enable' and click OK
Mozilla Firefox (1.0)- Select 'Tools' from the top menu
- Choose 'Options'
- Choose 'Web Features' from the left navigation
- Select the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript' and click OK
Mozilla Firefox (1.5)- Select 'Tools' from the top menu
- Choose 'Options'
- Choose 'Content' from the top navigation
- Select the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript' and click OK
Apple Safari (1.0)- Select 'Safari' from the top menu
- Choose 'Preferences'
- Choose 'Security'
- Select the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript'
Netscape Navigator (4.8)- Select 'Edit' from the top menu
- Choose 'Preferences'
- Choose 'Advanced'
- Choose 'Scripts & Plugins'
- Select the 'Enable JavaScript' checkbox and click OK
