Why can't I click on anything?

If you are not able to click on links in WhenToHelp, it is likely due to your browser not having JavaScript enabled in your settings, Internet Options, or preferences section.

On a PC, you need to use Internet Explorer or Firefox.

On a Mac, you need to use Firefox only. Firefox is free and can be downloaded from our sign in page.
