- Change/Delete a Time Off Request

Approved Time Off can be edited or deleted by a Coordinator (with permission). Time off requests that are pending approval can also be cancelled by the Helper.

To EDIT a Time Off from the By Helper schedule view
On the By Helper schedule view: 

  • Click the Time Off
  • Click the Delete Entry link next to the time off you want to delete
change/edit time off by helper view

To DELETE a Time Off from the By Helper schedule view
On the By Helper schedule view: 

  • Navigate to the proper week and click the Time Off
  • Click the Delete link next to the time off you want to change
  • Click OK when prompted
Delete time off


You also can edit/delete Time Offs from the individual Helper's Details page, Time Off tab.
