**Remove or replace a coordinator

How do I remove or replace the Main Coordinator?
How do I become Main Coordinator?

We can change the Main Coordinator on an account - but for security reasons, we will need confirmation of the request from one of the following people:
  • the current Main Coordinator
  • the person who paid for the subscription 
  • or the verifiable owner/director of your organization 
So, have one of the above people email us at billing@when2help.com, and ask them to include the account number as well as the person who should be changed to Main Coordinator on the account so we can make the change right away.

Note:  We do not add additional Coordinators to accounts, but the Main Coordinator can add, edit or delete the additional Coordinator sign ins on your account as needed.
