What does an export look like?

WhenToHelp provides an export function for paid accounts.

You can Export Helper Details, weekly schedules and statistical data for a certain date range in a number of formats including text, CSV and spreadsheet).

If you are a trial account and would like to try the export function, please go to: http://WhenToHelp.com/testdrive.htm and click to sign in as a Coordinator. Then in the top menu, click Reports. From the test drive sample account, you can experiment with the various reports you can export.
