How can I read a Helper's messages? (Signing in as "Read Only")

Coordinators with permission to Edit Helpers can access a Helper's sign in and view their messaging section.

Please see Signing In as Helper for details on signing into a Helper's account from their edit Helper page.

This will allow you to view their account without affecting it in any way.
