Import A Spreadsheet of Basic Helper Information

If you have your helper data for ten or more helpers in a spreadsheet format (csv or xls) you can use the Contact WhenToHelp link at the bottom of your coordinator homepage and attach the file of helpers (see format sample below) and our techs will import that list for you.

Data that can be imported:

first name (required)
last name (required)
email (one email only for upload - others can be added manually later)
address
address 2
city
state
zip
phone1
phone 2
cell phone
positions (separated by commas)
comment (up to 1500 char)
helper number
